Customer Service Executive

Aim of this role is to receive, check and process customer inquiries, orders and complaints in accordance with our processes and with the IT systems provided. You will handle the communication with our sales colleagues across the region, internal and external stakeholders including our manufacturing in Thailand and Germany, and logistics partners, as well as the customers assigned to you - mostly via Email or online portals, sometimes on video calls. With your experience and good judgement, you find solutions to customer issues and complaints, and meet reporting and documentation needs.

Key tasks:
- Receiving, acknowledging tracking, expediting, and communicating orders, deliveries, stock-pick-up and rescheduling issues with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Handling customer inquiries, orders, and routine complaints - both within our ERP system NAV, and in communication with the customer and stakeholders
- Retrieve, process and analyse customer forecasts, and meet other reporting requirements for customers as well as internal needs
- Ensure correct and valid data within our systems, and for our customers, including customer data, sales price, order quantity, credit limits
- Issuing and tracking routine processing of purchase order, pre-payment and payment settlement

What we are looking for:
- A Degree in Business Administration or similar, as well as min of 3 years hands-on experience in B2B Customer Service for technical products in an regional or international environment
- Experience in working with ERP systems such as Navision or SAP
- You are data- and systems savy, with an excellent understanding of data handling and hands-on experience handling data in large Excel files to create insights
