Job duties:

  • Showcasing products to customers in person
  • Providing customer services not limited to phone call, live chat, and showroom
  • Good listening skills to fully understand customers' requirements
  • Well knowledges in products to answer all product queries



Requirements:

  • N/O level or above
  • 1 to 3 years in retail or customer services experiences
  • Positive and ability to handle difficult customers
  • Able to accept 6 days a week then 5 days a week (alternative)
  • Experience in customer service software such as ZenDesk
