Job duties:
- Showcasing products to customers in person
- Providing customer services not limited to phone call, live chat, and showroom
- Good listening skills to fully understand customers' requirements
- Well knowledges in products to answer all product queries
Requirements:
- N/O level or above
- 1 to 3 years in retail or customer services experiences
- Positive and ability to handle difficult customers
- Able to accept 6 days a week then 5 days a week (alternative)
- Experience in customer service software such as ZenDesk
