Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, including the generation of invoices and credit/debit notes.
- Prepare and handle shipping documentation, such as Letters of Credit,
- Coordinate shipment arrangements by liaising with third parties, providing shipping documents to both customers and nominated forwarders for export declarations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, stock availability across various plants, and provide production lead times.
- Address customer complaints by coordinating with QA, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, and internal factories; process replacement orders or issue credit notes for valid claims.
- Expedite and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Track outstanding orders and provide regular status updates to customers, including notifications of any potential delays.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline, with a preference for Supply Chain Management.
- 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, ideally within the sales, manufacturing, or logistics sectors
