Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure to ensure that orders are processed and shipped to customers directly
  • Liaise with 3PL to ensure timely picking/packing/labeling and delivery of orders
  • Liaise with Supply Planning team to ensure optimum produc availability in warehouse and order fulfilment
  • Issue invoices and other shipping documents
  • Assist team leader and management with any special projects assigned and provide back up to team when necessary
  • Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations whenever possible
  • Communicate discrepencies/issues to team leader when necessary

Requirements

  • Singapore citizen
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics
  • 4 to 5 years relevant experience in customer service and supply chain management
  • A team player who is able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn with positive working attitude
  • SAP experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Supply planning experience a plus
