Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to elderly customer.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties.



Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in call center, telesales, or similar roles.
  • Patient and willing-to-help spirit, especially when dealing with elderly individuals.
  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.



Other Information:

  • Location: Somerset
  • Working hours: 5.5days work week, 9am - 6pm, off Sunday
  • Basic up to $3000 + commission
