Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to elderly customer.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries and complaints.
- Perform administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in call center, telesales, or similar roles.
- Patient and willing-to-help spirit, especially when dealing with elderly individuals.
- Good communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
Other Information:
- Location: Somerset
- Working hours: 5.5days work week, 9am - 6pm, off Sunday
- Basic up to $3000 + commission
