Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all phone calls and emails from guests
  • Process all bookings and requests from the guests timely and correctly
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all the guests and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure all the guest's request are arranged accordingly
  • Provide First Call Resolution to call in guests
  • Resolve any complaint or issue arise in a proper manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management and other relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in contact centre or hotel environment
  • Excellent communication skills, service-oriented
  • Candidate with prior experience in Opera system are encouraged to apply


Other Information:

  • Location: Sentosa
  • 5 days work week, Rotating shift
  • Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Bonus
