Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's enquiries/feedback on a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures and Internal KPI
- Co-ordinate and check to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing (Example: BL, AWB, Invoice & Packing List, COA)
- Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas partners / customers / inter-department to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
- Knowledge of DG cargo, preferable in USA/Europe trade
- Responsible for closing of files every month
- Good customer service skills
- Tactful in communication/email correspondence with people from all levels & countries
Requirement:
- At least a Diploma in logistics/supply chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight, seafreight & preferable with land experience) is required for this position
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
