Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer's enquiries/feedback on a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures and Internal KPI
  • Co-ordinate and check to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing (Example: BL, AWB, Invoice & Packing List, COA)
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas partners / customers / inter-department to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
  • Knowledge of DG cargo, preferable in USA/Europe trade
  • Responsible for closing of files every month
  • Good customer service skills
  • Tactful in communication/email correspondence with people from all levels & countries


  • At least a Diploma in logistics/supply chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight, seafreight & preferable with land experience) is required for this position
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
