Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls from customers and provide First Call Resolution
  • Attend to all Live Chat queries pertaining to products, orders, refund, and exchange across different eCommerce platforms
  • Monitor online orders and fulfilment, ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet the needs and demands
  • Response to ticket enquiries and offer necessary solutions to close the case
  • Liaise with external clients and internal team to resolve any issue arise
  • Work with Third Party Logistics partner on daily collections, locate missing parcels, shipment processes, and parcel damage
  • Prepare global deliveries and arrange shipment
  • Coordinate new client's initial onboarding, filing for delivery orders and invoices
  • Support financial reconciliation by providing necessary billing, credit note, debit note, billing dispute and claims to the relevant teams


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Business Studies or similar field
  • At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service or any similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, PC literate and a team player
