• Administrative reception at Service Counter
• Attending enquiries to customers at Service counter
• Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims
• Any other duties assign from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Customer service mindset
• Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
• Willing to work rotating shifts
