Customer Service Officer (Contract)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations in the service counter
- Maintain a high level of staff's service standards
- Manage the schedule/manpower with the Executives
- Attend to enquiries and all aspects of customer service
- Assist with centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc
Requirements
- Min GCE O Level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec.
- Customer Service interest with good communication and interpersonal skill
