Customer Service Officer (Contract)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations in the service counter
  • Maintain a high level of staff's service standards
  • Manage the schedule/manpower with the Executives
  • Attend to enquiries and all aspects of customer service
  • Assist with centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc


  • Min GCE O Level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec.
  • Customer Service interest with good communication and interpersonal skill
