Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a PIC for all customer contact channels, such as email inquiries, eCommerce platforms and phone calls
  • Outbound Purchase Order processing, Stocks Inbound Return management
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment
  • Prepare packing list for stock picking, delivery scheduling
  • Monitoring account credit to issue invoice for customers' orders
  • Maintain customer account details, product master information, pricing, rebates, and others in the system
  • Sales discount claims reconciliation and compilation for internal processing
  • Create Credit/Debit memo request, return Sales Order creation and coordination, issue Credit/Debit memo for customer
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Knowledge in Excel and SAP skills
