Customer Service Officer (Logistics| Central)
Job scopes:
- Maintaining shipment schedules and cargo status reports.
- Prompt handling of customer enquiries
- Efficient and smooth handling of shipments, including processing of documents, invoicing and cost capturing.
- Liaison of internal & external overseas customers
- Coordination with carriers/warehouse, and transport subcontractors
- Compliance to external & internal procedures
Requirements:
- Possess working experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge with TradeNet is advantage
- Good communication skills
