Customer Service Officer (Logistics| Central)
Job scopes:

• Maintaining shipment schedules and cargo status reports.
• Prompt handling of customer enquiries
• Efficient and smooth handling of shipments, including processing of documents, invoicing and cost capturing.
• Liaison of internal & external overseas customers
• Coordination with carriers/warehouse, and transport subcontractors
• Compliance to external & internal procedures

Requirements:

• Possess working experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge with TradeNet is advantage
• Good communication skills
