Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers on incoming and outgoing goods
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on warehouse related activities
• Key in all data related to order allocation, receiving, and location transfer into WMS
• Prepare daily issuance and discrepancy reports
• Monitor customer's billing or invoice, ensure they paid on time
• Perform general administration tasks
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• A professional education in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in 3PL, warehouse solutions or contract logistics field
• Knowledge in warehouse operation and freight forwarding
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous and a team player
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

Other Information:

• Location: Tanjong Penjuru
• Standard working hours, 5.5 days
• Salary up to $3000 (depends on experience)
