Job Duties
- Answer general enquiries on various touch points (phone call, email and face-to-face)
- Maintain the company website
- Assist in periodic data analysis through excel spreadsheet
- other adhoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O levels and above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Spreadsheet)
- Possess excellent customer service
