Job Description

  • Process, collate and manage clients/ASP/regional service centers orders.
  • Process daily walk-in customer purchases and collate reports.
  • Ensure services are invoiced promptly and follow-up on payment-related matters.
  • Process Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) claims.
  • Plan, forecast and order spare parts.
  • Manage, track & regular audit spares/SKU consignment to ASP & regional service centers.
  • Review & improve workflow within the service center to increase productivity.
  • Liaise and follow-up with customers/ASP/regional service centers to update orders/repairs/shipping status.
  • Handle walk-in/customers feedback/calls.
  • Manage & arrange forwarders/shipment/returns to/from distributors and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience within the Consumer Electronics industry will be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of service centre operations will be highly advantageous.
  • Able to commence employment at a short notice will be highly advantageous.
