Customer Service Support (Pharma/ 1 Year Contract)
- Helpdesk Support : Handle employee's enquiry, data entry and reporting
- Letter preparation and obtain signatures
- Collect and compile data/info/documents and forward to stakeholders
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Prior customer support experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Preferably candidates who can start work immediately.
