Customer Service Support (Pharma/ 1 Year Contract)

  • Helpdesk Support : Handle employee's enquiry, data entry and reporting
  • Letter preparation and obtain signatures
  • Collect and compile data/info/documents and forward to stakeholders
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Prior customer support experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Preferably candidates who can start work immediately.
