Responsibilities:

  • Leading customer care and admin team

  • Responsible for team's development and progression

  • Be involved in manpower resources and roster planning

  • Ensure team members adhere to the handling manual

  • Constantly identify and improve gap to streamline operational processes

  • Ensure customers' request is resolve in a structured and timely manner

  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of promotional campaigns

  • Ensure adherence to company's compliance and regulatory guidelines

  • Supporting investigation on customer complaint

  • Stakeholders management

  • Ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by head from time to time



Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma Level and above

  • At least 3 years' experience in leading a team in a contact centre environment

  • Prior experience working in an insurance industry and holding Insurance Certificates (BCP & PGI) is good to have
