Responsibilities:
Leading customer care and admin team
Responsible for team's development and progression
Be involved in manpower resources and roster planning
Ensure team members adhere to the handling manual
Constantly identify and improve gap to streamline operational processes
Ensure customers' request is resolve in a structured and timely manner
Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of promotional campaigns
Ensure adherence to company's compliance and regulatory guidelines
Supporting investigation on customer complaint
Stakeholders management
Ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by head from time to time
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Level and above
At least 3 years' experience in leading a team in a contact centre environment
Prior experience working in an insurance industry and holding Insurance Certificates (BCP & PGI) is good to have
