Job duties:
Showcasing products to customers in person
Providing customer services not limited to phone call, live chat, and showroom
Good listening skills to fully understand customers' requirements
Well knowledges in products to answer all product queries
Requirements:
N/O level or above
1 to 3 years in retail or customer services experiences
Positive and ability to handle difficult customers
Able to accept 6 days a week then 5 days a week (alternative)
Experience in customer service software such as ZenDesk
