Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide backend support for online stores such as ID verification, order processing, cancellation, refund and etc
  • Assist customer on issues they encounter during online purchase
  • Follow up with customer regarding to the orders they submitted online
  • Manage the requisition and publishing of stocks for Online store
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders for Online store's enhancement or launches
  • Track all faulty and escalate to IS to ensure issues are being fixed on time
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management


Job Requirements:

  • A professional education in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role
  • Customer service oriented, independent, and a team player
  • PC literate


Other Information:

  • Location: MacPherson (Hybrid)
  • Standard working hours, rotating
  • Salary up to $2500 (depends on experience)
