Job responsibilities:
- Provide internal and external customers with technical and application support via the various channels including telephone, e-mail, and remote control
- Liaise with technical service, customer service and sales teams
- Troubleshooting and replacement in case of Level 3 escalation
- Escalate when necessary to raise a case
- Manage customer database
- Communicate/follow up with customer for instrument repair status
Job requirements:
- Degree in Medical Technology or Sciences related discipline
- Customer service or Clinical laboratory experience
- Experience in Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) will be a plus
- Good communication skills and anger management skills
- Documentation skills
- Must be a team player
- Product knowledge and troubleshooting skills
