Job Scope:
As a CyberArk Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to ensure robust security and compliance. Your duties will include:

  • CyberArk Expertise: Administer and manage CyberArk components such as Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, AAM, PTA, and related modules.
  • System Monitoring: Oversee and analyze vault logs, ensuring the smooth operation of all CyberArk components and promptly addressing any security concerns.
  • Upgrades and Maintenance: Implement software upgrades, patches, and releases for CyberArk applications while ensuring minimal disruption.
  • User and Safe Management: Handle the creation, modification, and administration of safes and user accounts using tools like PrivateArk Client.
  • Account Onboarding: Streamline account onboarding processes across platforms like Windows, Linux, and Cisco, including bulk account uploads via Password Upload Utility (PUU) and REST API methods.
  • Health Checks: Conduct routine health checks of all CyberArk PAS components to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop and deploy custom connection components using scripting tools such as AutoIT.
  • Ticketing and Collaboration: Work with platforms like ServiceNow and Jira to manage, document, and escalate issues to L3 teams as needed.
  • IAM Expertise: Apply your knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged account management principles, and least privilege concepts to enhance security practices.
  • Work Flexibility: Willingness to serve as a call support engineer, working occasional overtime when needed. Open to working in 24x7 rotational shifts based on business requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk PAS suite administration, with a solid understanding of components such as EPV, PSM, and CPM.
  • System Administration Skills: Knowledgeable in Windows and Linux environments, including user management, security configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and user access management practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
  • Certification: Preferably CyberArk Defender, Sentry or CDE (Certified Delivery Engineer) certification. ITIL or equivalent is good to have.
