Responsibilities;
- Supports Process administration
- Setting up and maintaining manpower reconciliation through weekly shift schedules (WSS)
- Manage technician OT claims and input into system, incl. daily cross checks and random controls checks
- Responsible for close tracking of work hours to ensure technicians meet min hours for post manning competencies and to meet MOM OT exemption regulations through OT management tool
- Monthly management report: OT summary, absenteeism, special assignments, etc.
- Updates technicians' work schedule rule changes in system
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business, financial, accounting, business or any related field
- Required skill(s): MS OFFICE; MS EXCEL, SAP system
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or NO Experience but strong in using MS EXCEL or SAP system will be considered!!
- Ability to work under pressure

Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at JE MRT and other pick up points islandwide!!)
5days work week
Able to start work immediately
