Job responsibilities:

• Compile and organize data from various sources (client's business teams & data warehouse) to develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• Conduct analysis on the data to identify business trends/ variances to provide insights to drive growth.
• Support preparation of budgets, forecasting and management reporting dashboards leveraging the data collected.

Skillsets required:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related discipline.
• Cards background is required - i.e., have either worked in the cards team in a financial institution or with a payments scheme (MC/Visa/Amex)
• 4-6 years of working experience
• Coding skills are not necessary but requires SQL skills.
• Experienced in conducting analysis on data (via Excel or SQL) to identify trends or solve a business problem - i.e., the requirement is more a businessperson rather than a data engineer. Someone who has done performance reviews, internal strategy, product management for credit/debit cards.
• Able to create charts from data and make simple PowerPoint slides.
