This role is a 12-hour rotating shift duty and support the operations in data centres.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data centre operation tasks and duties.
• Perform day-to- day data centre/computer operations duties (key management, escorting vendors, facilities infrastructure checks, degaussing, routine checks, desktop & laptop management)
• Ensure data centre physical security procedures are followed strictly
• Prompt escalation of incidents following the standard incident response procedure & track till closure
• Generate reports to management
• Candidate will be assigned to data centres in different locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field
• Experience working in a high-pressured environment with 24x7 on-call responsibilities
• At least 4 years of experience in handling incident, problem and change management procedures based on ITIL best practices
• Experience in supporting Data Centre vendors, out-sourcing vendors.
• Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) knowledge and usage or CA DCIM
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience working in data centre operations is a plus
