Job Scope

• Responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.
• Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor and control progress through the deployment plan.
• Expected to be an SME, to collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for efficient Salesforce deployment.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful deployment execution.
• Analyze deployment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align deployment activities with project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance deployment processes.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Salesforce deployment is required.
• 7 years of experience in IT operations or deployment coordination, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in deployment countdown and cutover execution is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Release Management is suggested.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Able to handle fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
