Key Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Oversee information security and network management, including troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining network infrastructure and servers, and installing or upgrading hardware and software.
- Set up user accounts and manage access control according to Head Office policies.
- Handle IT asset management, including company mobile phones, inventory checks, and asset allocation.
- Provide technical support throughout the company, either in person or via phone.
- Assist with power shutdowns, quarterly office maintenance, and infrastructure project implementations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, with experience in the financial industry being a plus.
- Diploma/Degree in IT
- Possess knowledge or experience in troubleshooting IT issues, installing new hardware and software, and managing IT assets.
- Good technical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of interacting effectively across all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, with experience in engaging stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
