Job responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all IT support queries
- Dealing with incidents and service requests to agreed SLA's
- Ensuring tickets and help centre articles within the ITSM tool are kept up to date
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with progress of their call
- Hardware support (laptops, desktops, printers etc)
- Escalating calls when necessary
- Perform hands-on tasks, e.g. installing, configuring and upgrading software, installing hardware, PC deployment and setting up mobile devices
- Configuring and supporting meeting room IT and Audio-Visual kit, including teleconferencing facilities and Webinar support
- System administration, e.g. creation of user accounts, deleting leaver accounts etc.
- Providing cover for and assistance to other members of the IT department as required
- Project work within the IT department as required
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Degree or Relevant Industry Experience and qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2 to3 years' experience in a relevant 1st & 2nd line support
- Dependable and excellent team player
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of:
- Good understanding of PC and Printer hardware and software set-up and configuration
- Windows Desktop OS
- Microsoft Office packages
- Service Desk call logging systems
- Active Directory
- Instant Messaging software eg Teams
- Citrix
- Mimecast
- Anti-Virus
- Mobile device support
- ITIL Foundation
Other information:
- 1 year contract - renewable and convertible to perm
- Salary: Up to $4500 (based on experience)
- 1 month completion bonus
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Work location: Robinson Road
- Willing to travel for business purpose if needed
