Job Scope

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code.
• Monitoring solutions to streamline software development processes and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement and adhere to ITIL processes, ensuring streamlined incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide optimal DevOps solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards in cloud environments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on cloud, DevOps, and monitoring-related matters.

Job Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, Copado DevOps Platform Experience with SHIP/HAT is preferrable.
• Experience in Salesforce
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Understanding of the ITIL processes for process management
• With DevOps related certifications from CompTia, EC Council, RedHat, Cloud certification and knowledge (e.g., GCC, AWS) or equivalent, is a plus.
