Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for Business Advisors to engage SMEs in Singapore. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference by assisting, transforming and upskilling SMEs via digital solution takeup. The role would also see involvement in making digital recommendations to SMEs across industry solutions, cybersecurity, etc.
1. Offer first tier business advisory to SMEs on digital best practices, upskilling and other improvements
2. Managing timeline and project deliverables
3. Provide advisory on Technology adoption & Strategy approach
4. Manage communication with customer & customer staff
5. Project Documentation and sign off
6. Managing multiple different projects and deliverables concurrently
7. Providing project report
8. Provides consulting expertise in using tools to manage the project and reporting
9. Managing project report externally
10.Well verse in various Technology Landscape
Technical Experience:
1. 3- 5 years of relevant digital experience, good if senior executive with business development experience or equivalent
2. Candidate shall be T-shaped person comfortable in handling different queries and managing conversations on different technology areas across various SME (ie. tools, cybersecurity, etc.)
3. Experience and knowledge of working in / with local SMEs or related stakeholder is good-to-have
4. Good interpersonal skills and excellent team orientation with the ability to develop relationship across a wide and diverse group of people of all ages
5. Demonstrate independent problem solving and decision-making skills
6. Self-motivated and comfortable in working in fast-paced environment
7. Good educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering
