• Offer first tier business advisory to SMEs on digital best practices, upskilling and other improvements
• Managing timeline and project deliverables
• Provide advisory on Technology adoption & Strategy approach
• Manage communication with customer & customer staff
• Project Documentation and sign off
• Managing multiple different projects and deliverables concurrently
• Providing project report
• Provides consulting expertise in using tools to manage the project and reporting
• Managing project report externally
• Well verse in various Technology Landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant digital experience, preferably senior executive with business development experience or equivalent
• Candidate shall be T-shaped person comfortable in handling different queries and managing conversations on different technology areas across various SME (ie. tools, cybersecurity, etc.)
• Experience and knowledge of working in / with local SMEs or related stakeholder
• Good interpersonal skills and good team orientation with the ability to develop relationship across a wide and diverse group of people of all ages
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrate independent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in working in fast-paced environment
