Digital Marketing Specialist, Greater China

Seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to help shape the future of its online marketing programs across Greater China with the primary objective of driving revenue through Online and its strategic partners. The individual will be responsible for supporting the execution and strategy development of three distinct marketing programs in GC - Paid Search, WeChat and Tmall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the operations of the Paid Search program in GC such as managing budgets, setting up campaigns, reporting and liaising with external agencies

  • Manage the digital marketing program for our WeChat store in CN including media planning, buying, reporting and building out our overall strategy

  • Support the existing team in the digital market efforts of our Tmall store in CN including media planning, buying, reporting, operations and collaborating with internal/external partners

  • Assist in developing annual and quarterly online marketing strategies and plans in order to meet overall business goals and KPIs set in each line of business

  • Support and consolidate reporting requirements of all three programs, including building out reports to leadership and wider teams

  • Work with cross functional teams to produce and localize assets for promotional and BAU campaigns

  • Provide innovative thinking to the analysis of market trends, data and identification of new market opportunities

  • Evaluate newly emerging opportunities against financial goals and brand, build and present business case, and test as appropriate

  • Work cross functionally with the Marcom, Digital Merchandizing and Business teams to ensure the correct positioning and optimization of content for target customers



Professional Qualification:
The person should have 3-5 years of digital/performance marketing experience in world class consumer organizations. The individual will have an in-depth working knowledge of the digital commerce landscape in China with a proven track record and is comfortable working in matrix global working environment

  • A minimum of 3-5 years digital marketing experience with a track record of building brand and business

  • Outstanding track record of profitably developing and executing data-driven online marketing strategies

  • Background in interactive marketing and program execution, with an understanding of web analytics on platform like Omniture, Tableau and others

  • Experience in crafting reports, analysis and insights into campaigns, and utilizing them to inform business strategies

  • Expertise in planning, prioritizing, and goal setting including manage multiple projects, determine project urgency, create detailed action plans and organize schedules, people and tasks

The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills and also have the ability to drive results through collaboration and team work. The candidate must have high-energy and be a hands-on individual with strength of conviction
