We are seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Manager (Scrum/Agile/DevOps) to lead the end-to-end design and development of cutting-edge products for our clients. This role involves advising clients on emerging technologies and enabling their implementation through co-creation and development.

Job Scope:

  • Advise clients on applicable use cases of emerging technologies.
  • Develop and coach the product development team, enabling new ways of working.
  • Act as an advisor and coach product owners, especially in areas like credit & risk, and mobile applications.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospection.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Provide innovative recommendations to define business and IT requirements.
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
  • Deliver complex solutions across cloud platforms and infrastructure projects using agile practices and project management methodologies.
  • Manage all project resources, including subcontractors.
  • Develop and execute effective communication plans with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs (key performance indicators) and help teams to deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in top consulting firms.
  • Experience working in an Azure DevOps environment, collaborating with application developers, UX designers, and testers.
  • Experience in building mobile applications on the Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Proficient knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Experience in developing new technologies, processes, and principles to enable continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Worked with big financial services industry clients is highly advantageous.
  • General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying is good to have.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Confluence.
