- Support the operations team in planning and development initiatives.
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High level of fitness for extensive walking and climbing ladders and stairs during the shift.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and organize activities in real-time.
- Experience in effectively planning resources and deploying teams for success.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions and work under pressure.
- Comfortable with technology, social media, and paperless business processes.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
