Job Responsibility:

• Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company's website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms

• Optimising inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings

• Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis

• Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders

• Handle return/refund/exchange orders if there is any order Processing

• Process purchase order to suppliers

• Verify invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy

• Coordinate international shipping

• Compile monthly purchase report

Requirements

• Working knowledge of online marketplace platforms (For example: Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop,etc.)

• Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry

• Diploma in any field

• Possess great attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
