Job Scope:
- Acquire and incubate top & mid tier brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
- Map category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy teams
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Work with Key Account service team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with Seller Development and Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage top & mid tier sellers
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above with 1 to 3 years experience in relevant categories, networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy
- Good interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Well connected to big players within the industry
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
Additional Information:
- Salary - Max at S$4.5K per month
- Contract duration: 6-month contract renewable or convertible
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9 to 6pm
- Location: CBD
