Job duties:

• Reviewing, designing, and monitoring machinery performance and meet machine performance based on its design capacity
• Coordinate with Production team to maximize machine utilization, cut down idle time or shorten machine setup time, machine waiting time, and machine downtime
• Improving lean machinery optimization to create value to the production and increase volume of output & plant machinery performance
• Conducting approach systematic way from problem statement, ideas brainstorming, troubleshooting to problem solving.
• Contribute to mechanical and machinery improvement program, able to read and understanding P&ID, flow chart, work instruction, risk assessment and equipment specification with good engineering practices and knowledge
• Managing facility and building with contractor management support

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years engineering experience for Autocad software, Microsoft tools, & Engineering practice from chemical or manufacturing industry
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or relevant
