Responsibilities
- Support utility operation to manage and monitor operation of site-wide utility equipment and systems by BOOM & IFM vendor and ensure safe operation and shutdown of utility equipment and systems.
- Serves as the Energy manager to submit all regulatory reports to government agencies.
- As the Water Efficiency Manager for site.
- Monitor, trend, analyze energy and water data to improve and optimize usage.
- Assist the manager in attaining financial goals by preparing and monitoring the approved annual utility operation budget, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions for utility equipment/systems and utility services.
- Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support (IRS/QAR) investigations.
- Lead and complete annual Greenmark certification in Utilities area and submit to BCA.
- Participate and support global initiatives to share/learn best practices and implement improvements to achieve high reliability and reduction in energy/water cost.
- Inspire and engage their teams by clearly communicating performance expectations and providing coaching to support the team in meeting and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering related qualifications
- Energy Manager certifications is must & good to have Boiler Steam Engineer certificate
- Open for pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries
