Job duties:

• Conducting pre-sales and post-sales technical product support to all related stakeholders
• Giving equipment recommendations, creating, and delivering customer presentations
• Managing field evaluations, influencing product development to support the customer's future process requirements, and investigating complex equipment and process problems
• Providing correct technical customer requirements to the sales and market teams
• Presenting and preparing quality presentations related to applications issues and /or product recommendations

Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering related role
• 2 to 4 years project management & semiconductor process technology related experience
• Experience in vacuum pump related products is preference
