Job duties:

• Troubleshooting advanced AMHS hardware, software and interface problems & maintaining the system to making sure good reliability and functionality
• Optimizing process & material flow, space & utility, utilization, cleanliness & contamination control
• Comprehending equipment such as robots, automated guided-vehicles and computerized manufacturing system, AMHS etc & factory automation technology
• Implementing, modifying, designing and testing automated machines, programs, jig and fixture to required job specification in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Concerning technical developments, scheduling and resolution of engineering design and test problems & coordinate with all stakeholders
• Supervise installation crews and support the field installation work & setting up new machines, transferring of equipment at different plants and integration to existing system

Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering related field
• 2 to 5 years Automation engineer experience in semiconductor industry
• Experience in cleanroom environment and cleanroom automated equipment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, equipment manuals
