Job duties:

• Maintaining, repairing & troubleshooting metrology tools
• Supporting calibration, correlation, and statistical process control (SPC) of metrology tools
• Qualification & installation of new metrology tools
• Creating & analyzing statistical data for Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility tool matching studies
• Stay updated for latest metrology tool technology in semiconductor industry

Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical science
• 2 to 5 years experiences in metrology tools in semiconductor industry
• Good knowledge of Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility tool, statistical process control, and measurement principles, methods, and processes
• Interest in latest metrology tool technology in semiconductor industry
