Job duties:

• Conducting preventive maintenance on customer's installations to ensure equipment continues to perform well through remote control
• Maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing medical diagnostic equipment
• Provide good customer service and provide pre & post sales technical support to all clients including maintaining, commission, and installing equipment and system
• Recommending suitable products and necessary upgrades for customers
• Building up rapport with customers and gathering all feedbacks for improvement
• Ensuring compliance under all related law and regulations
• Appropriate tool & test equipment conducting & maintaining and updating service reports
• Drafting field safety corrective action

Requirements:

• Degree/master's in biomedical, electrical, or electronic engineering or relevant
• 2 to 5 years experiences in maintaining superconductive MRI System
• Willing to travel overseas after COVID restriction removed
