Job Duties:
- Maintaining product & review and analyze wafer test yields
- Identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
- Determine hold lot disposition
- Product Engineering process & Manufacturing Process in Wafer Sort
- Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA)
- Performing device/hardware test qualification/correlation and associated reports issuance
- Develop & conduct design of experiments
- Supporting manufacturing operations on technical issues & device testing
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in electrical & electronic or electrical & electronic & engineering or relevant
- 3 to 5 years experiences in wafer sorting test
- Experience in conducting prober operation and tester platforms (Eg. U-Flex) is a preference
