Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Supervise the team responsible for product customization, drafting, and enhancements
• 
  Manage product certification processes in collaboration with external agencies (e.g., SCDF, TUV SUD)
• 
  Coordinate communication and collaboration across multiple departments, including factory, engineering, and customers
• 
  Drive product improvements based on customer feedback and requirements
• 
  Attend site meetings as needed, with a focus on coordination and follow-up
• 
  Ensure compliance with certification standards and oversee annual renewal procedures

Job Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering
• 
  Excellent communication skills and proficient in documentation, including emails and reports
• 
  Skilled in project coordination and managing stakeholder relationships
• 
  Experienced in handling certification processes, such as SCDF standards
• 
  Capable of leading a small team and collaborating effectively with production and design departments
