Job Responsibilities
- Monitor legal compliance with respect to EHS matters
- Organize and lead regular EHS inspection, meetings and monitoring of corrective/ preventive actions
- Manage documentation and participate in audits related EHS matters
- Support incident and accident investigation
- Drive EHS program/ campaigns and other preventive program to create awareness among employees
- Responsible as Fire Safety Manager
- Conduct relevant training such as Safety induction course and new hires course
- Plan and Conduct emergency evacuation drills for all workforce
- Responsible to discharge his/ her duties as a MOM appointed Safety Officer
- Responsible to drive Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) emergency response
- Monitor the Safety and health performance of the company in the form of key performance indicators which are set as part of the yearly EHS objectives
- Manage Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Near Miss program
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent field
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM; with at least 2 years of experiences and sound knowledge of relevant regulations and legislations
- Certified Fire Safety Manager with Singapore Civil Defence Force
- Established knowledge in environmental field
