About the Company
Our Client is a renowned F&B organisation with sizeable operation and local footprint. As part of their expansion plan, they are currently looking for an Event Sales Director to lead their team here in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and Managing Events team to handle all Corporate Events (High-End Events)
- Managing and producing high quality Corporate Events
- Handling P&L for all events
- Managing all PR activities
- Conducting sales presentations and sales quotations
- Secure sponsorship sales and ensure commercial KPIs are met
- Manage, organize and coordinate all brand related events
- Preparation of event/sales reports
- Deliver all aspects of each event: research, develop programmes, organize catering, production and marketing
- Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Liaising with suppliers and communication with key stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with relavant experience in Hospitality will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of successful PR / Sales
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
