Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador for the role, providing excellent service standards (exceeding expectations)
- Carry out project and event planning for showroom events, including creation of guest list to event set up
- Customer relations management through email, phone, face to face communications
- Administrative duties in terms of documentations and sales back-end paper work
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to ensure smooth delivery of Brand and Customer Relations goals
Requirements:
- Singapore citizen
- Diploma holder, with at least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong initiative, with the desire to learn more
- Good service and time management skills, with the ability to manage customers independently
- Able to start within a short notice (1-2 weeks)
