Job duties:

• Implementing & identify for Kaizen continuous improvement
• Solving operational arising issues & liaise with all related stakeholders
• Guarantee production output, downtime, defects, and spoilage meet targets are met
• Maintaining GMP, 5S, Safety and health standards
• Leading preventive maintenance technicians to repair and maintenance of production machines
• Controlling and allocate manpower effectively to support daily activities of the production operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant
• 2 to 5 years managing production line experience in manufacturing industry
• Proficient in knowledge of lean Manufacturing, six sigma and other quality methodology

Working location: Jurong Area
Working time: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.45pm)
