Responsibilities
- Lead the entire agency in the strategy approach to client's brief
- Spearhead brainstorming sessions, deep dives and research to differentiate agency's pitch to the client
- Drive growth and revenue opportunities for the Creative Studio
- Train and manage the team of creatives including 2D, 3D, Motion Graphics and Video Production team
- Responsible for the overall creative strategy for all clients' briefs and execution
- Responsible for the overall creative strategy for our businesses including our business units
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new clientele
- Strategize and develop effective business plans to achieve the team's budget target
- Ensure profitability and reliability for the Creative Studio
- Grow the creative team as an entity with a separate brand to attract direct revenue generated from Creative Services
- Establish the position of the Creative Studio to further drive the overall business into Creative/Marketing Events
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the execution of a physical, hybrid or virtual events
- Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practice
- Able to work independently yet contribute as a team player
Able to coach, inspire and lead the team - Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Successful track record of creative management
