Job scopes:

• Prepare all export documentations such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Insurance and Commercial Invoice using SAP
• Support in updating export and delivery status for other groups in the department
• Be involved in a weekly meeting to share both routine updates and irregularities in the operations, if any.
• Forwarding documents to customers
• Participate in continuous improvement projects such as maintaining operational manuals and OJT guide for relevant roles
• Archiving of documents
• Other operational duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with 3PLs and customers
• Ability to handle desk-bound, routine work
• Proactivity in finding ways to improve work process flows
• Good working knowledge in Excel
• Knowledge and experience in SAP
• Familiarity with shipping terminology
• Prior experience in logistics (knowledge of export shipping processes) is a plus
