Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the department's external communications strategy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders in cloud technology.
• Plan and manage external communications with industry stakeholders in partnership with the internal stakeholders.
• Actively seek viable external engagement opportunities to position department and executives.
• Draft, edit, and write talking points, articles, copies, storyboards, and other content for the executives.
• Develop and execute the department's branding strategy for the internal and external audience.
• Drive and execute an awards strategy and amplify wins internally and externally.
• Source for suitable awards and put-up compelling nomination to position the department and the bank.
• Initiate and lead employee value proposition efforts to brand the department as an employer of choice for cloud technologists.
• Advocate cloud technologies internally and externally in partnership with cloud engineers.
• Devise change management plans and advocacy campaigns to encourage greater awareness and adoption.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or in related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of experience in external communication in Banking, Financial or in IT Industry
• Must have exposure in cloud technology
• Able to interact with stakeholders across various cultures
• Must have good excel skills
